The Nutopia communities will be prioritized so that the poorest areas of a region are helped first.
All new Nutopia communities will be built based on the Nutopia model which protects the environment, is sustainable, and is built to last with quality infrastructure which is properly maintained. Public awareness of Nutopia will increase over time and people will get to see the huge benefits of living in Nutopia and will start to migrate from existing cities, towns, suburbs, and neighborhoods to Nutopia communities. This migration will be gradual at first but will gain momentum with word-of-mouth as families and friends report back to those living in the old world.
As old world cities, towns, suburbs, and neighborhoods are abandoned , the citizens of Nutopia will put its resources in to restoring the land that was previously occupied by them. Many areas are already run down with neglected buildings which have not been properly maintained, filled with energy-inefficent appliances and leaky pipes, and roads, highways, and sidewalks which have broken up and are covered in pot holes, and cables are strung up on crooked wooden poles lining our streets, there it litter everywhere, and our rivers and streams are polluted with chemicals and garbage.
All this will be restored so that the land is returned to its former glory.
Buildings pulled down, cables removed, roads dug up, bridges dismantled,
and everything that is removed will be properly recycled, or reused, or returned back to nature.
Some historical buildings will be preserved but most areas of current cities and towns will be reclaimed.
Everything that was created in the old world to dominate over nature, such as dams to control rivers, and levees to reclaim land, is removed so that nature can run its intended course. All the dirty old power stations and polluting factories will be turned off and dismantled so that the atmosphere can start its gradual recovery after decades of abuse from humans.
Lines of automatic planting machines will roam the reclaimed land planting native trees, shrubs, grass, and flowers to help nature recover from our abuse and to increase the planet's photosynthesising power to heal our atmosphere.
We will have fleets of ocean craft dredging the water for the millions of tons of plastic and other trash that is destroying the food chain and piling up on beaches all around the world.
As the building of each Nutopia community is completed, the labor of its citizens is largely available for other tasks. This will allow masses of people from Nutopia to work their way through the old world like an army of locusts changing everything in its path, but instead of destruction, the old world will be transformed and restored to a beautiful landscape of grass, trees, rivers, streams, and clean oceans, so that nature can do what it does best and return us to a world rich in biodiversity unspoiled by the rule or man.
While the intention is to put millions of people to work as soon as possible to restore the Earth and to build efficient and sustainable Nutopia communities to replace the old, crumbling, inefficient, and unsustainable communites of the past, it may still take several decades to complete the transition. But after all the work has been carried out, all the world's people will be living in communities where they can live happy lives knowing that all those that follow them will enjoy the same.
