Please read this Susan
Aren’t you tired of reading and writing about any number of social issues, injustices, and downright atrocities all around the world and yet nothing changes? So many people for so long have tried to bring about change by commenting on the issues and hoping for some action, but rarely does anything significant ever happen as a result!
Our Nutopia Project is all about designing and building an alternative system to the broken and corrupt one we have today, and focusing all our efforts on the solution instead of the futile bickering with bigots and naysayers and trying to get the attention of the powerful few who want nothing more than to keep the status quo.
We have a vision (of course a naïve one to many who can’t or refuse to see the world other than through the lens of today) for a better life for all people, and we are attempting to mobilize the global population, many of whom are disaffected, poor, or persecuted people living a nightmare in the crazy and unfair world we live in today, and to channel their collective effort to bring about real and lasting change.
Please take a look around our web site to get a sense for what we are trying to do. We have only just started and we may all be dreamers or crackpots with pipedreams, but maybe, just maybe, this could be the start of something to truly change the system before it is too late for us, our children, and our planet.
Please contact us or email us if you would like to hear more about how you can help.
Thank you for your time!

Education

Training people to live and work in the community

The comprehensive education system in Nutopia balances the needs of the community and the responsibility of the individual to make sure that people are properly educated about what matters at any given time. Education is optimized and efficient so that only relevant information is disseminated into the population rather than filling the heads of our young people with meaningless and superfluous facts and figures for many years of their life, which serve absolutely no useful purpose in the future. It ensures that all citizens of all ages are always fully knowledgeable at all times about all aspects of society in Nutopia and it fully prepares them for the continual learning of new skills they will need to be useful members of the community.

Essential Education

All citizens of Nutopia have to complete the Essential Education before they can get their Citizen Status whether they join Nutopia or whether they are born in to Nutopia. The curriculum includes all the foundation subjects such as reading, math, science, and typing, but it does not include topics such as literature, languages, arts, and music which are considered to be non-essential subjects. These subjects can be learned as extracurricular activities by anyone in the same way that sports and dance and other non-essential abilities can. Swimming, CPR, and Ethics are also part of the Essential Education because they are deemed necessary for life in Nutopia.

Skills Education

All citizens of Nutopia learn skills so that they can contribute their labor to address the current needs of the community. The list of skills that can be learned varies over time, as some skills become redundant as automation replaces the need for humans to complete tasks using those skills, and as new skills are required due to the continual advancement of technology. The number of people learning each skill is controlled by the Guardian System which knows the requirement for each skill now and in the future. Citizens can learn as many skills as they want at any time, and they are encouraged to develop a broad skill set so that the variety of tasks they are assigned to based on the skills they have exposes them to different environments and different people so that they have a rich and rewarding life.

The time spent learning the Essential Education in Nutopia is considerably less than the total amount of time that young people spend in primary, secondary, and college education today. The intention is to educate people so that they know everything they need to know to live in the community and coexist with other people, and then they will continually learn new skills throughout their life so that they can contribute to the needs of the community at any time.
